Rosemary Flavoured Condiment

Cultivar: Extra Virgin olive oil. Frantoio, Moraiolo e Leccino
Pressing: Product obtained from the infusion of rosemary (20%) in extra virgin olive oil.
Aspect: Clear.
Colour: Green with hints of golden yellow..
Serving suggestions: Excellent with roasts and grilled meats, fish, grilled vegetables, vegetable soups, "bruschette" and dairy products
Storage: Supplied in dark green bottle of 250 ml.
Preservation: In sealed tins, in dry and dark rooms at medium temperature (13-15°C).
Quality System: HACCP.

To maintain the sensorial and nutritional properties of our oil at length: close the container well after each use, use bottles made of dark glass or food-safe tins and store the product below 20° C (the best range is between 12 and 18° C)
