Cultivar: Extra Virgin olive oil. Frantoio, Moraiolo e Leccino.
Pressing: Obtained from the infusion of truffle in extra virgin olive oil and aroma.
Aspect: Great clarity..
Colour: Green with hints of golden yellow.
Serving suggestions: Ideal for pasta, rice, meat and fish; perfect for preparing omelettes; to flavor pizzas and flat bread, bread croutons and bruschetta, vegetables soup, delicious salads and finger food.
Storage: Supplied in dark green bottle of 100 and 250ml.
Preservation: In sealed tins, in dry and dark rooms at medium temperature (13° - 15° C).
Quality System: HACCP.

To maintain the sensorial and nutritional properties of our oil at length: close the container well after each use, use bottles made of dark glass or food-safe tins and store the product below 20° C (the best range is between 12 and 18° C)
