The production of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is guaranteed by our family; we follow the product from the appearance of the first blossom on the plant to the harvesting of the drupes in the phase of “semi-invaiatura” (stage of fruit maturity in which half of the skin has turned black). Every evening the day’s yield reaches the mill for milling; this immediacy (within 8 hours of harvest) guarantees a fresh, aromatic product. The oil obtained is stored in large stainless steel containers to decant naturally. The entire production is estate bottled and handled personally by our family which always chooses quality over yield. Ronci Oil is the result of cultivation and transformation following ancient criteria, with absolute respect for a production process that maintains its exceptional qualities unaltered. Our products can be differentiated as Single Variety or Blended.
